USA Archery:
This is the US national governing body for archery in the Olympic Games. I belong to this organization and have shot in some nearby FITA indoor and outdoor tournaments recently, along with the Outdoor Nationals in 2009 & 2010. I also belong to a Junior Olympic Archery Development club, the Carolina Bullseyes of Raleigh. It was started by my archery coach, John Kristoff.
National Field Archery Assoc:
The NFAA hosts many different types of tournaments; I've been competing in their local indoor tournaments for the past 4 years. I've also competed three times in the NFAA Indoor Nationals in Louisville, KY. There were roughly 1300-1400 archers in attendance in KY, each competing in divisions based on their bow-type and age.
Recurve Archery is my thing! I truly love to compete. Not everyone does; some people just like to shoot on their own. I enjoy shooting in FITA, NCFAA and NFAA Target Archery Tournaments.
